Sylvia Kubilus-Elam is a native of Tucson, AZ. She has been beadweaving with seed beads, and  teaching beadweaving techniques since 1992. Her work has been featured in two published books by Theresa Flores Geary: Creative Native American Beading and The Illustrated Bead Bible.
